To Whom It May Concern

For years both our “brick” store Glebe Pharmasave – Apothecary and our “click” e-commerce store www.feelbest.com were plagued with both the aggravation and expense of dealing with large quantities of SPAM. While substantial and expensive efforts were made to work with our ISP and others we just could not solve this most annoying problem.

It was a wonderful day when we were contacted by our Wavenet System Inc. representative and introduced us to the benefits and performance of PineApp products.

In addition to taking a serious look at our problem and evaluating our specific needs, he supported his conclusions with a no charge trial that proved the real value of owning a So Ho appliance.

Now that we have owned the product for some months now I can honestly say that it has, and continues to provide, very real value for money. The efficiency of our limited staff has substantially improved as now they spend little or no time dealing with worthless SPAM. On the few occasions where something has “snuck” through the system, a simple email results in a positive response within minutes, not days or weeks.

As each day goes by our trust and reliance on our PineApp system and the support staff at Wavenet Systems Inc. is enhanced.
