When we started looking for a more robust anti spam/anti virus solution, we wanted to find something that would not only be good for our organization today, but also a solution that would grow with the never ending increasing threats that new spam techniques bring.  We found that solution in PineApp.  A lesser known product in the Canadian email security space, but a product that would appear to be number one in a rapidly growing user community.

Installation of the appliance was simple, and the unit was up and running in an hour or two. Our organization realized a dramatic difference in a very short period of time.  An embedded administrative interface with straight forward detailed charts and graphs are a huge advantage when requested to the boardroom to update management on current network security.

Since the addition of the pineapp 2020, spam is no longer an issue, viruses are no longer an issue, the digest capability is great and easy to use, our users and associates are impressed with the blocking and intelligent scanning of the spam and low false positives. The PineApp appliance through Wavenet systems has made my job much easier as a network administrator, and allowed my department more time to be spent on developing other network related cost saving matters.
